Complaint Details
on mid night of 21st July 19 at aboutn12pm a high power thunder lightning flashed with teriable sound like blast of heavy explosive occured on our residential building Madhusudan Appartment lot no-6,sector-17 lwe navi mumbai which caused heavy crack in the building as well as some portion of top of corner of the building has damaged. If it has fall on mide of the top of the building many casualities might have happened. It happend due to not installation of any anti lightnng device in the building by the builder.A video on tube has also been uploaded by the local news channel eventhough no any action has been yet started from the responsible authorities of CDCO.
I dmand thorough investigation of lapses done by the builder and OC giving authorities so that such type incident may not happened in future in any building to avoide the damage of lives and properties of resident as well as proper compansession to be taken from builder.please note that OC of this building was granted in December16 nly
