Complaint Details
on mid night of 21st July 19 at aboutn12pm a high power thunder lightning flashed with terrible sound like blast of heavy explosive occurred on our residential building Madhusudan Appartment plot no-6,sector-17ulwe navi mumbai which caused heavy crack in the building as well as some portion of top of corner of the building has damaged. If it has fall on mid of the top of the building many causalities might have happened. It happened due to not installation of any anti lightning device in the building by the builder. A video on tube has also been uploaded by the local news channel even though no any action has been yet started from the responsible authorities of CDCO.
I demand thorough investigation of lapses done by the builder and OC giving authorities so that such type incident may not happened in future in any building to avoid the damage of lives and properties of resident as well as proper compensation to be taken from builder. please note that OC of this building was granted in December16 only
