Hi,
There was a fraud transaction in my account and 10,000 has been deducted from my account. The bank have refused to refund the amount and blaming me. They have not investigated anything about my case. I have all the screenshot of the proof .They have not even asked about that. Request you to resolve my concern and refund my amount. Also requesting for compensation of delay in resolving this query.
