Dear Sir,
I used Ola Auto services on April 25th, 2019. At the end of the trip (driver name: Sushil Kumar,CRN - 2984394988 ), the app suggested to make payment in cash. The driver was happy to accept the payment via PayTM and therefore I made the payment to Mr. Sushil Kumar through PayTM (the record of which is provided). However, OLA deducted the amount from OLA Postpaid also. I notified OLA customer care about the discrepancy in the payment method on 25th April, 2019 (copy of email attached). However, this issue has not been cleared till now. Further, I kept waiting for OLA customer care to resolve the issue. Since the end of two months i.e. June 25th, 2019, I started receiving texts/emails/calls to complete the payment. I have reminded of the issue and provided proof of payment to Ola Cabs. However, they have been constantly harassing me by calling/texting/emailing me for more than 10 times per day. They have even threatened me with legal actions. Harassment of a regular customer by such means shouldn't be allowed and must be punishable. Please find the attachments for your references. Thanks
