Complaint Details
We purchased a sofa set (3+2+2) and a centre table end of July Order number 1920202224 in the name of K R Reddy, The products were delivered - 2 f the sofas damaged; After leaving the damaged sofas uninstalled in the house, and after repeated complaints to Kukatpally Store manager Suresh (Ph 7406971177) they managed to send replacements, after many days of remainder they came to install the same and again another piece was found damaged (The cover was torn and a wood piece was used to block the tear) - Its been more than a fortnight of repeated calls to customer care, and escalations to different people in various stores - Mr Subramanyam (7406164499) and Mr Vishal (Vanasthalipuram manager - Ph 8179473707), they have now stopped taking calls and responding to messages. I have already paid in full and I am mentally stressed with the follow-ups and the bad customer service. I need a compensation and a replacement from this company. Pls assist.
