Electricity bill month of June-19 of Rs.2260 paid on 22-Jul-2019 by online payment mode. But in the bill of month of July-19 the amount paid for month of June is showing Rs.2245.17 because of which the difference amount of Rs.24.70 added as previous balance amount in July-19 bill which has to be of Rs.8.85 as previous balance amount. Which means they have charged Rs.15.85 extra for no reason and without any categorised charges.
Why should I pay this extra amount?
