I have registered on the club factory website through email address.recently i did a purchase return of a product order number SO121061735 which was not fitting me for that they have refunded the amount in my club factory account for future purchase. However someone else has added their mobile number to my account and withdrawn the money through a another number paytm. These are the numbers provided to me by club factory 918132926781, 918403872851. Both these numbers doesnt belong to me. Moreover past 4 days i m speaking with various representatives to check how the mobile number got registered on my account without my knowledge because the application doesnt give option to add contact number plus i havent received any confirmation email or verification code for contact number update. Lastly they have informed me some hacker has done the fraud meaning they dont have any security or safety towards it. Please check the attachment for clear understanding
