Complaint Details
Had ordered mi black band 3 and I got the delivery of blue colour band with missing charger and manual.

On raising complaint it was registered however next day I recieved mail stating product delivered was complete and no issue at their end.

On calling to customer support Me Sagar was continuously not ready to listen to my issue rather mentioned our system confirms no issue.

I went on sending proof with images then he states will arrange a call with senior but not ready to accept mistake and arrange to send a right product.
