Dear Team,

I have been fooled by OYO rooms for the booking since 14th April,2019, even after getting written confirmation ( attached), i have still not recd any revert form them, i have been calling you oyo helpline on 9313931393 regularly but every time i am given false communication....i am tired and need to officially register my complaint against OYO Rooms cause the mental harassment since 15 April,firstly because of not getting the checkin even after receiving confirmation from OYO that earl y check in would be provided...but during check in it was straight away refused by the reception & was told...post this i am begging for my money with false commitment received every time....these pple are just using these money and are just fooling customer, first i have invested my valuable hours in the follow up & this is a MENTAL Harresment to any customer
