Complaint Details
I supposed to receive a gift card in my email id, which has not delivered to my email id. However transaction showing successful. We understood that email id taken by the system is wrong. Which supposed to he .co.in however system took .com. to rectify that and get back the refund we are trying to reach flipkart since 2 weeks. They are not responding at all to address the issue neither they refunded the amount.due to this I am losing 3k, time and effort. At the same time my vendor looking time effort and reputation. Flipkart showing completely irresponsible behaviour with vague data.
