Complaint Details
I had paid an initial advance of ₹60,000/- for admission of 2 children (Aarav Jain, Class 8 and Pranit Jain, Class 3) at NCFE, CV Raman Nagar, Bengaluru. I was required to cancel the admission subsequently. A sum of ₹40,000/- was deducted as cancellation charges. The details were mentioned as ₹30,000/- as non-refundable, and ₹10,000 as per CBSE rules. I have not found any rules Authorizing deduction of such a large amount for cancellation. There has been no clarification provided by the School
