Complaint Details
The service Center had replaced the Magnetron of my Samsung Micro wave oven on 5th Aug 2019 for Rs 3000/-and had assured of replacement warranty of 1 year. The oven stopped working on 8th August 2019 with same problem however the company hasn't even send the engineer and is not ready to replace the faulty part till date. They are not even answering my phone calls and SMSes.
I want them to reimburse the amount spend along with penalty for non complaince.
