At the outset I would like to inform that I'm not at all satisfied with the services being provided by PNB housing branch @ Thane and from their Gurgaon team. I have raised two concerns to PNB last month –

1. Higher interest rates being levied on housing loan periodically increases
2. Though bank had disbursed entire loan amount in Feb 2017, they have been charging only Pre EMI or interest since then without principle

I had been to PNB Thane branch to discuss above mentioned issues fourth week of Aug'19 and seek resolution however the same seems isn't taken by them seriously yet. I have appraised about the goof up at their end which is going to impact me financially. PNB has completed entire disbursement of this loan in Feb 2017 and principal should have been reflecting since then however it's otherwise, I have been able to see only PEMI or interest component being debited from past 31 Months.

This was never expected from such reputed institution like PNB Housing.

I won't leave any stone unturned till they resolve this case to my satisfactory levels, will knock the door of all regulatory institutions till resolution as it's a case of cheating being done by PNB. I'm also planning to send the legal notice to MD/CEO and their Directors shortly.

I have given 38 years of my life to Indian Air Force/Nation and being a retired defense personnel & senior citizen i was expecting a quality service from bank and not this fraud.

PNB housing can't harass me by taking such unilateral decisions which will impact me and my old age financially.

Raising a dispute with a hope that CCRC can help me finding amicable resolution.
