Complaint Details
I have ordered mozela.in website online one Portronics POR-871 Sound Drum Bluetooth 4.2 Stereo Speaker 10W cash on delivery around cost Rs.1,749/-.
Before delivering the product, the website company people called for verification and asked me you are ordered the product. After that they are sent to me the product via FedEx courier. I received the product and opened the packed product. I was shocked about the product completely old product and damaged item. Suddenly I wrote a mail to the company I have received a defective item I want to return the product and send me replace another one product or refund the money. They asked me send image of the product details. I sent which I have received the product image.
They didn't response, again I called upon the customer care contact number. I don’t want keep the product in my hand. I want return the product. Then they asked the product serial number. I sent the product serial number which is present the box. After that they didn’t response again I called the customer care number (9265391309).
There are many phone call conversation and they said that we will replace and refund.
Finally the company people sent a mail (Through the images provided by you, it is confirmed that the speaker shown is a completely old and used product. This is not our product. It is not possible that in the company pack, there would be a speaker with such cracks and scratches. In this regards, your case for the replacement is denied from our side. Thanks a Lot for your patience and coordination).
The on-line mozelo.in company completely fraud and cheating and they are not proper response. Please take appropriate action against the company.
Product defect
1. The sound drum is not working.
2. The sound drum micro usb port charge pin is not there. Not able to
connect the charge pin(see the attached image).
3. The charge pin whole and sound drum whole is not matching.
4. The charge pin is not able insert the power charge whole.
5. Sound volume button is not there (see the attached image).
6. It's seems to be used product. See the attached picture image.
