My bike met with an minor accident recently.I had ordered for the bike's headlight and fairing. I had ordered it on 29th August. The Spare Part Department committed me saying that if you pay advance the part will be available within 5-7 Days. So I paid advance amount i.e 2000 rupees.There is no update at all from the service center. I have to call them everytime to keep me updated.The part is still not available at the service center. They are giving me wrong commitments again and again.
I don't know why my part is still not available.Its been almost 15 Days and my part is still not available. What's the use even after paying advance money.
No updates nothing from the service center side.
