Complaint Details
I had raised complaint for my setup box on 18th Sep 2019 as setup box is not working from more than 2 days because of software update which should be taken care by tatasky.
As per customer care and tatasky protocol complaint should be resolved within 24hrs.
But they are not attending my complaint and I am getting rescheduling message from them.
From 3 days I am not able see any channel and I am paying to tatsky for that duration. As a customer I want refund of this and my problem should fixed earlier.
