Complaint Details
Sir, I was trying to get car insurance through your portal on 19th August 19. An amount of Rs 2327 was paid through bhim app and money was deducted from my hdfc account. However no policy was issued to me. When I called your customer care, they told me that there was some server issue so the amount will be reverted back to me in couple of days. Thus again I paid an amount of Rs 2326 from my sbi account and purchased 3rd party insurance for my car on 20th August 19.
Even as on date I've not received my money. When I contacted my bank, they told me that the amount has been received by the beneficiary and therefore has been deducted from my account.
However when I contacted policy bazaar representatives, they told me that it is with the bank. Therefore both parties are blaming each other and finally I'm suffering.
I request you to please look into this matter. I am sending details regarding this as attachment to this email.
