Complaint Details
Hello, I went 3 times for consultation at Kaya clinic regarding a hair transplant. During the consultations, the procedure was discussed and information documentation pack was passed to myself.
I was asked to pay 89 999 INR which I did and scheduled for the surgery. Between the payment and the surgery, I was informed (not by Kaya) that the surgery will leave bald patches on back of my head. This was something that Kaya personnel never mentioned to me and it is not referenced in any of their documentation. This is not acceptable. I went to confirm that patches would remain in the donor hair area. They confirmed. I asked for a refund and cancellation and they stated that they do not offer such services, despite the fact when I paid, Sharmeen from reception confirmed that there is a 100% refund policy. This is not acceptable and it is a horrible act of misleading a customer!
