Details of myTikona WI-Bro Service Account are - BAN – 135851419 & Service ID – 1124049735
Dear TRAI,
I started their services in Mumbai on 15th April 2019 and am totally fed up with the bad services of Tikona Broadband.
The first two months the services were not proper whereas I had paid 3 months advance.
There was a hard ware problem which was later found after two months of complaining almost daily. I watch TV on the net so with bad connectivity the purpose of broadband was not served due to constant buffering. I had started using my phone' net to watch most of the time too.
I had requested that they not charge me for the first two months but all requests fell on deaf ears.
Last month they suspended my account and I had then asked them to take away their hardware and refund me my payments as I had not viewed 3 months OK subscription till then.
Now I am being harassed daily by collection agents.
I have asked for a statement of account also. This is not been provided to me.
They are also not coming to take the hardware lying at my home in Andheri East
They have suspended my account but are saying that they will still charge me for this period also.
Request your kind intervention as this is amounting to harassment and mental torture.
