Dear Sir,
Presently, am working out of country (Kuwait) On telephonic discussion with HDFC official has suggest me following investments after seeing good balance in my SB account.
Accordingly, I had invested in FD and MF for short period of time. HDFC Official once again suggest to invest in HDFC Life - Sanchay policy and get good return more that Fixed Deposit with shorter period of time.
On teleponic discussion, HDFC Bank Official never told me clear fact mentioned in insurance policy and it's not for short period investment period.
As per your records on 27 July Policy reflect in Demat Account without information how I know policy come in my Demat Account. On 31 July , I have received email from HDFC Life about policy no. and it's long term contract more that 15 years.
After few days continuous follow-up with HDFC Official regarding cancellation of policy but your staff always told me "Don't worry Sir, I will take care definitely u got refund after few days" but no confirmation recieved from HDFC Life. After 2 days once again I had discussed with HDFC LIFE Official about early cancellation of my investment policy again same reply received from your staff " investment under process".
I also discuss with your official about E- IA Demat ?? But our staff told me just like a equity share your policy reflect in Demat portfolio. But your staff never told me from date of Policy come in Demat freelook period started.
On 10 August discuss with Official about cancellation of policy, at that time your staff told "I will try for cancellation if not done from my side please sent email after 2 days to HDFC Life for cancellation of policy"
As per last discussion with Official. Accordingly, I sent email to HDFC Life on 14 Aug for cancellation of policy.
Due to delay from HDFC Life Official to provide clarifications and HDFC official continuous misguide to me about E-IA and also try to hold policy till 10 August.
I also informed to this policy for long period not for short period.
Your HDFC Official suggest to sent email only after 10 August and I always discuss with your official continuous delay from your side. Finally , our official hold me to not. Sent any email to HDFC Life before 10 August (bcoz our official know freelook period start from day 27 July) and he always guide me our policy freelook period start from 31 July.
Finally, I have doubts on our staff integrity to resolve this issues... immediately sent ail to HDFC Life for cancellation of policy.
It's totally mis-selling policy to me and also hide information about E-IA(Demat), about freelook period, and about long term policy.
I request you to please cancelled my policy and early refund amount in my account.
I already drop email to below mentioned email ID...but no reply recieved from HDFC LIFE :-

All service person blaming me for late submission for freelook but they are not verify the details from his staff and even they don't agree to accept my views also.
Plz help in this matter.
