HI Team,
I have recently availed a personal loan with Bajaj Finserv and there started the confusion. (Personal Loan - 403PHTFA306328)
My interest rate and EMI amount was totally different from the one agreed in the call. I was shocked and did not accept the agreement called back their customer service. After lot of confusion, then I was called back and this was corrected to the agreed EMI and Interest rate as per the telephonic conversation and I agreed to it.
Then I see my registered mobile number was updated to some unknown number during this interaction and I was not even able to even login to their portal or when I call their customer service I was not identified as a customer. I spent multiple calls and finally went to their branch at Adyar - Chennai and gave a written request to get it updated. This actually created a real mental stress that if some fraud could happen.
In the above confusion I missed to see that I was also cross sold 2 additional products that I never requested along with the Personal loan.
Those were
1. Card Protection Plan
2. Financial Fitness report
I never requested a Card Protection Plan (IA7750888) (Rs. 3099.00) but I was sold this product along with my personal loan. Further I see that I am also charged for the Financial Fitness Report (Rs. 2499.00) that I never requested for, neither it is on any use to me.
After all the above confusions, immediately when I realized this cross selling in just 2 -3 days. I went back to you requesting to cancel these products and return my funds.
They accepted the cancellation of Card Protection Plan (IA7750888) and refunded the money .
But, I have not got any response from them on the Financial Fitness Report. Every time I raise a request in their mobile app it gets closed with no solution.
I see an email today from Bajaj Finserv saying it a Financial Fitness Report. I really do not understand it and I have no use of it. After so much of reiteration they have still sent a report that is on no use for me.
I suppose I have at least sent 5 emails and 5 service request on the above issues including walking to your local branch.
I want to cancel this Financial Fitness report and refund my money.
Hope to see my issue getting resolved.
