kindly helpto getback the amount soon.


Ref: Trip ID No.190810735554 and complaint No. 09779257

1) I booked flight ticket through your Clear trip portal for travelling from Chennai to Mumbai 10th August, 2019 and the amount was debited but ticket was not released showing ‘unsuccessful’ as per trip id 190810735554 proof of evidencing the same enclosed.

2) Approached my banker to verify that the amount has been correctly credited to the account of Clear Trip as per the Bank Statement enclosed. Bank has confirmed the transfer of amount to the Clear Trip Account.

3) As per Clear trip, you have re-confirmed that you have not received the credit in contrast to the bank’s confirmed statement about the payment made to clear trip.

4) But clear trip maintained the status of transaction as PAYMENT FAILED.

5) While the Bank Statement is clearly showing the amount transferred to Clear Trip how can you deny this.

6) In the event of clear trip maintaining non receipt of the payment. I had to again approach the bankers for tracing the amount as it has been confirmed by the clear trip for non payment.

7) Based on the complaint given to National Consumer Council of Government of India, I received a statement showing the confirmation of the registration of the complaint against clear trip copy of the confirmation received from the bankers to that effect is enclosed.

8) After getting confirmation from the bankers, I again spoke to clear trip through the phone No. of Customer Care No. i.e. 9595333333.

After a lapse of few days,

Yesterday at 10.41 A.M. on 19.9.2019 one Mr. Abishek from your office spoke through the same customer care no. assuring refund of Rs.3402/- which was originally denied by you. Because it has come from your customer care no. I had to give the details of debit card with OTP believing it to be true as it has come from your office customer care no.

But it was too late when I came to know that I have been cheated by that fellow who has been allowed by your office to use your customer care no.

Hence I hereby make the claim on you and your official in the guise of name of Mr. Abishek as he has stealthily enriched to the extent of Rs.70000/-( Rupees Seventy thousand) as there is clear evidence of receiving calls from you though initially you refused that there is no outgoing call facility from your customer call number but I am having clear evidence of receiving call from you showing incoming call from the same number and only on receiving your call I was able to furnish details asked for by your personnel .

This conversation has taken place for 2 minutes 46 secs at 11.11 A.M. on 19.09.2019. After that I received call at 11.19 and conversation took place for 4 minutes and 33 seconds, only when discussion about transactions of about Rs.70000/- took place from the same phone number.

Hence this cannot be denied by any of your officials about the knowledge of this incidence and transactions have taken place only with the knowledge of your officials.

You are hereby asked to investigate the matter at your end and to settle the amount of Rs.70000/- (Rupees Seventy thousand and Fortytwo) as you or your person have misused my account details for purchase of items for which I have never ordered nor I have received any mobiles.

it will only affect your company’s reputation. Hence Kindly treat the matter as MOST URGENT and sincerely co-operate with me to identify the culprit.

I have already registered this as a complaint through your portal under reference No.09779257 which please note.
