Wrong products delivered different from the promised sample.the products received were mostly torned and stained and the quality and the design of the bag was totally different from what they showed me as sample. Asked for refund as we were using it for a specific occasion and waiting for another shipment will miss my deadline but flatly Refused the refund despite my pleas against the difference in the quality and design of the product. Attached are the sample products they showed me and the final producers received.i have recorded the detail conversation on WhatsApp along with the pictures they promised.
