i dr ravi jankar purchased new AIO desktop computer 3064 model on 3 sep 2019..they mentioned me standard 1 year warranty. when i had problm i contacted dell customer services, they said your warranty is already finished and we are not serving you. dell vashi sale person misguided me and sold expired warranty product.now he is refusing to help me..as well as dell company is not helping.
they gave me fake duplicate bill.
plz kindly take action and do needful. below i am enclosing document details
