Yatratravel.co.in — Tour Booking not confirmed & Rs. 25000/- not returned
Dear Sir/Madam
We have booked Tour Package for Goa through Yatra Travel (Delhi Office) and made advance payment of Rs. 2,500/- on 25/09/19 for Hotel Booking and Train Ticketing (Thane-Goa–Thane).
The responsible contact person (Mr. Pankaj - +91 [9899808879]) presented us that advance bookings of hotel is done and ask for balance amount of Hotel booking + Train tickets Rs. 22,340/-.
When we push to provide final confirmation of bookings receipts + Tickets, no response / communication received from concern and mobile is Switch Off till date.
