Complaint Details
I bought RedmiNote7Pro on 15th July and just after 12-13 days it started showing NO SIM issue where both SIMs are not suddenly not detected by the Phone and reboot is the only option. The Service center did software update where I lost all data and assured no issues to come in future, after same issue they told me that Motherboard is replaced, again I faced same issue then I was told to replace JIO Sim which I did but again next day same issue. This time I recorded the video of issue and I am now insisting on Replacement or refund as this seems like a defective product. MI helpline kept me waiting for 40mins and disconnected the call without notice. So need your intervention. Looking forward for your support.
