Dear Sir,

I have the same complaint with these guys. Mr Raj is the technician who came to my house and Mr Sidharth is his boss who is the main culprit. Together they fool their customers.
I was searching for authorized dealers for replacing my washing machine drum. I got their number from the internet and i made the call. They confirmed that they are the authorized dealers and they will replace my drum for a price of Rs,12,000/- which i agreed.
Mr. Raj visited my place and upon checking the drum, i could make out that the drum was used and not brand new.
but Mr Raj assured me that the drum was brand new and he replaced it and gave me a 1 year warranty on the part.
It has been hardly 6 months and again the problem has started. Now they are refusing to change the part and they are trying to extort extra money from me. Requesting you to kindly take some action on them so they stop cheating people. Kindly suggest a way forward.
