I HAVE TRIED TO BOOK TRAIN TICKET IN EASEMYTRIP.COM ON 28-09-2019 - THE TICKET WAS NOT BOOKED BUT AN AMOUNT OF RS 2635.38 WAS DEBITED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT- EVEN AFTER 12 DAYS OF MY LODGING COMPLAINT WITH THE TRAVEL SITE, THE AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED TILL DATE
