Complaint Details
Despite a number of attempts with the SBI (State Bank of Saurashtra) officials, I was unable to get a correct resolution for my concern regarding the interest/closure charge for my loan against share stocks.

I had lodged a complaint in the consumer protection forum, but they too did not take any action except passing documents to the bank and asking us to connect with bank directly. I am not getting proper response to RTIs as well.

Need your help to get the issue resolved! Below are the supporting documents for it (scanned and attached as a PDF file with this file):
