Make my trip have been horrible in handling my refund of flight ticket money due to visa rejection. My visa rejection letter as sent by embassy had the first three pages in Dutch as I had applied to the Netherlands and the last page detailing the rejection reason in English. But the service provider is hassling me for a full rejection letter in English. The embassy does not entertain any such requires but I'm being bullied by make my trip. My flight date is fast approaching and am afraid that I will not get the full refund. Please look into this, as they don't even have a grievance redressal team.
