Complaint Details
We ordered two lehengas for bridal purpose and he promised us to make the design.
After a confusion for 2 weeks, he could not make the main lehenga which we had to cancel. While our order for the next lehenga remained as is.
We made the full-payment of the second lehenga and we also paid the cost of his efforts and raw material for the cancelled lehenga.
The delivery date for the second lehenga was same as the first one earlier on Sept 25th 2019. Later without information he changed the lehenga delivery date to 10th October and on repeated call, he harassed us with bad words.
After we visited his shop to discuss the problem, then the sales person again confirmed that they will definitely provide the lehenga on 10th Oct and gave this in the writing form for receipt.
On 10th October, he called us to again inform that the lehenga is not ready and that he will send the lehenga to us on 15th October.
Ever since 15th -18th October, he has been harassing all of my family members and not giving the exact confirmation on the delivery date. Now we are left with no option for our bridal purposes and have to re-arrange for the outfits for the function.
We are approaching the consumer court for helping us in the process and get us back our money. We also expect a compensation for the harassment my family and I had to undergo. In addition, my dad is a heart patient and my mom just had a surgery. We have been still trying to deal with the situation patiently and requesting the shop keeper to provide us the lehenga as promised. Attaching the bills that we received and the payment made.
