Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mohan Kasilingam from Arasadikuppam village in Cuddalore district of Tamil Ndu.

We bought Mahindra 575 power+ tractor in RK automobiles at cuddalore in tamil nadu. We paid the amount by cash. Initially it was agreed that dealer would bear the insurance and registration charges. But, later they threatened me to pay the insurance amount myself. Having no other option, I paid the insurance amount.

Then, I requested them to register my tractor but they made me to wait so many days at their office and did not give proper response. Finally, they told to register the tractor myself. I made so many requests and it was agreed that registration charge would be shared 50/50.

I paid my share for registration, tractor was registered in my mother's name and RC was sent to the dealer by RTO office. Last week my father went to the dealer to get the RC card but they were demanding to pay the remaining amount spent for registration. Being a heart patient, he was made to sit for the whole day without any proper response.

They did not give the RC card yet. It is in your good hands to take firm action against such dealers and instruct them not to play with farmers’ life. I would also request you to instruct the dealer to give my RC card.
