Complaint Details
Nestaway is a housing rental service. I made payment of rent (₹25600) through their app. The transaction showed failure and i had to repay the amount again. However for the first transaction, my money got debited and not refunded back. It has been more than 14 days. The customer care is not helping and saying their gateway does not show any duplicate payments. I raised a dispute from my bank and they interacted with the beneficiary bank and told me that the beneficiary bank acknowledged the receipt of payment. However Nestaway says that they received payment only once.
