Good day ,

This is YOGANANTH.P ( MOB NO : 8903151912 / E-MAIL : yogablack1982@gmail.com ) user of ACT FIBERNET internet connection ( Connection A/C NO : 108015325377 ) .
Its been a frequent issue of internet connectivity at my home , Self has registered ' N ' number of complaints on ACT FIBERNET portals for the particular issue But almost every month connectivity fails BADLY and incurs me a HUGE LOSS to my day to day routines and Financial Activities , It seems ACT FIBERNET management does this MALPRACTICES DELIBERATELY to force me to opt for HIGHER TARRIF PLANS .
I am forced to use other data connections such as MOBILE DATA while this FIBERNET is inactive and this costs me a LUMPSUM , This has been a routine , frequent , intentional and cunning activity against my interests .
Hence i Request you to kindly look in to the matter and Direct ACT FIBERNET COMPANY to COMPENSATE my losses since new connection rendered and FIX the connection issue ONCE AND FOR ALL . THANKS FOR THE UNDERSTANDING .
