Zomato has started gold membership plan which promises to give 1+1 food & 2+2 drinks and they have offered this offer both on food delivery of food (1+1 free) .But I can see they compromise on quality , quantity of food and sometime even we get wrong food. Its a false & misleading trend which they are creating in order to capture market. I want to file a complaint againts them as it happened more than 5 times with me & there customer service is pathetic.I have all pics of there food what we get after ordering from zomato and without zomato.
