Dear Sir/Madam,
We have paid advance Cash amount of Rs.5000/- on 25th Oct, 2019, for Five Year alternative Plan for 5 Years membership, For blue Season
At the time of purchasing the membership, we have not told that the blue Plan is Known for "off Season". 
After reading the Member's Handbook we came to know that the blue plan is for off season only.
At the time of making the plan, i had told very clear that because of my children education, i am getting holiday only in diwali vacation period.
But this is not possible in this blue plan.
Please refund my amount at the earliest, as i had not use your service...
