Complaint Details
I raised an international package request for 2 of my add-on numbers while they were on International roaming (US). The package request was rejected by Idea and there was no email notification sent to me. However, I got an email for successfully raising these request and ticket number was also generated. I called the customer care to confirm the same which they confirmed that the requests got activated. but next day these were rejected without notification sent to me (my number is main number) and add-on numbers are used by my parents. Now, they have sent me a bill of 35,000 which is incorrect from there end. Their customer care is not efficient in following up my complaint and the appellate is not responding to my email. Hence, requesting intervention here. Attached are the emails which i received for successful completion of requests
