Complaint Details
An executive at the ICICI tunga Branch gave me offer to buy credit card with no any hidden fees and charges. No after receiving card they charged Rs.590 joining fee. When I asked about it the executive says policy is change and pay fees, you will receive your money if you purchase above 20000 in a year.
