I Purchase Samsung Galaxy M30S Via Amazone.in Which Delivered Me On 20 October 2019
My registered mobile no is 8830454614 please contact with this number towards Amazon.in
But The Product I Received Was Defective Its Dead And Display Not Working,Same i reported towards Amazon Customer Care and Request for replacement or refund
So first replacement arranged by Amazon.in but its fail due to certain reason by there delivery agent itself
Again call towards Amazon this time they Arrange for refund initiation for which old product to be pick up
But there delivery agent arrive and refuse to pick up product
According to him phone display not working and He want IMEI Number to be displayed on phones screen
If phone scree is defective how IMEI will display on it ?
Same incident happen 2-3 times,same delivery agent arriving and refused to pick up defective product
After it he said he want authorisef EMail From Amazone towards There Nasik Amaxone Facilities Center,
Amazon customer care saying they already mentioned that phone display not working and phone is dead so pick up product as it is
Still Date No Action Taken By Anyone And Still Defective product towards me no Refund also initiated by Amazon.
I Continue Harrashing by Amazon.in since i tired to make this refund and issue of return defective product
Please This is my last request towards you help me for this l.
