Complaint Details
I had booked urban clap for Kitchen deep cleaning service on 08/11/2019 and they were schedule to deliver the said service on 09/11/2019 at 09:00 a.m. but their professional didn't show up neither he called to tell when I called him he said he is stuck in traffic so he reschedule to 11:00 a.m. I being understanding accepted it then he didn't even showed up at 11:00 a.m. neither did he called again, I called him then he again gived me the excuse that police has stopped the road which he usually take to visit so he reschedule to 12:00 p.m. fine I admit I shoud
ld have taken action then and there but I didn't I agree to his offer then also he didn't show up also this time around he didn't even picked up my calls so I dropped arequest callback at urban clap website their executive called me and I explained him the issue he assure me that a professional will come by 4:00 p.m. at my house despite that no professional showed up so I called them back I talked to their executive, supervisor and their head even but despite that no professional showed up at my door step even after their repeating promise that a professional will come by 5:00 p.m. max time even after that no reply from their side being totally unprofessional to my complain despite my constant complaining and request to send professional at my place and telling that this is really unconvinient to me and my family. Despite that they didn't care nor resolved my issue.
