Complaint Details
I had scheduled a ride for RS 260 on 17th Oct 2019 from Mayuresh residency to Mumbai airport and the driver was supposed to come at 7:30-45am but Even after contacting the driver , he cancelled the ride by making me wait for 40 minutes and then the Uber suged their prices more than twice after the driver cancelled. The driver told that he was at the petrol pump and then cancelled on its own. I followed up and spoke to customer care for hours over call and email but no resolution. They are cheats. Not only they took my money they wasted a lot of time and I nearly missed my flight. I was put under a lot of duress and stress and it cause me a lot of emotional pain and economical litigation too. Please help me with this issue! Thanks
