Complaint Details
The amount was paid through online banking to Xiaomi against the online purchase of mobile phone of Rs. 8999 on 30-09-2019. After waiting for few days, the compliant was lodged with the bank as well as with the Xiaomi Company for the refund. In return of which, Bank replied "transaction was successfully made", so we are not bound for refund and Xiaomi Company replied that they haven't received any amount from the bank. Therefore, contact your bank for cashback request and sought it with them only. Continuously correspondence was being done with both the parties, but still issue is standing and no solution is provided by either of the party. It is requested to kindly take necessary action against both the parties.
