Complaint Details
I booked a flat with Mr. Satish Patil in the year 2008. I also paid booking amount of Rs. 11,00,000 (Rs. 11 Lakh) wide cheques the details of which are available in the attched letter. Mr. Satish never developed the building nor he has returned the money. He has closed his Andheri Office and not picking up the phone also. Pls assist in this matter.
