Hi Team,

We recently purchased a wooden bed from Royaloak. They delivered the bed. However. the ply they delivered had manufacturing defect.

We registered the complaint regarding the same. After 3-4 calls, they sent a technician to resolve the issue. He came and painted the ply
However, even after painting the ply is still having manufacturing defect. This same issue I communicated back to their customer support team with the images over an e-mail.I got a reply from their customer support team that there is no issues in the ply wood and it is natural.

I have attached the image of ply along with the product bill. This according to me is a clear case of cheating the consumer where the seller is delivering the products with manufacturing defects.
