Brand Factory has given an offer in the month of october that we can exchange our old clothes and get a discount of Rs. 100.00 on t-shirts, Rs 200.00 on shirts, Rs 300.00 on trousers and shoes and Rs. 500.00 on trolley bags. I asked 5 of their representatives if I can buy one t-shirts against exchanging 6 t-shirts, then they told me that I can, now they are saying that I buy just one item against one coupon. Also I have given 6 old t-shirts, 2 hand bags (exchange offer Rs. 100 each) and one back pack (Rs. 200 exchange offer) which they have converted to t-shirts making the count as 10 t-shirts. Now for getting the offer in 100% I will have to buy 10 t-shirts which is not feasible as I have to pay the remaining amount after discount of Rs. 100.00 against each 10 coupons. Same is the case with my 6 trousers, 7 pair of shoes. Also I havegiven one jacket which they have converted to two trousers making it 8. This offer is totally misleading and also the representatives who deals with the customers for the exchange of old garments are either ill informed of has been placed there to mislead customers. After asking 3 representatives and 2 security personals available in the outlet, I gave them the old garments as I got a reply from them that the amount can be consolidated against each type of item and I can get the consolidated discount on the item I buy but only now I came to know that I have to buy that many items i exchanged to get the full benefit of the offer which is not feasible. In both way I am on the losing side. The only information which their representative shared with me is that I can redeem the coupons in November 2019 which is agreed upon. Kindly help me in getting justice against such misleading offers of Brand Factory Guwahati Ulubari.
