Dear Sir,
I have purchased water purifier ON 24TH October 2018 from Flipkart which was advertised as MARQ BY FLIPKART. It got break down during September 2019, so I called the customer care during September month. They said that technician will be provided. Even after complaining twice, there were no response from them. So, during month of October, I complained again but this time they sent the technician and after his assessment, he found that some parts need to be broken. Now, they are not ready to change the part stating that now Water Purifier is out of warranty and charging money. I just want to state that I had already complained in September 2019 and they never responded even after complaining twice. Therefore, it is requested to repair my Water purifier at the earliest under warranty period.
