Problem :
Tikona has introduced a 10MBPS plan for Rs. 399 Per 12 months, 10 Months back and there was neither an auto up-gradation of my plan nor nobody has informed me regarding the new plan from Tikona either telephonic or SMS. This is a sheer case of fraud from Tikona. They have been charging double the amount of the plan for more than 10 months now and after trying to contact the Branch Manager (NAGPUR) Mr. Amir Ali for the resolution of the same, He neither picks up the call, nor interested in solving the problems.
Calculations :
For the same plan (ADBB10M899) I pay 899 + GST(161.82) which goes 1061 PM and the rate of the same plan is 399 + GST (71.82) which goes 470 PM. The total amount I've paid till now is 10,610 for 10 Months and according to the existing 10MBPS plan the amount is 4,700 for 10 months. Till now I have paid 4730 extra which is exactly 50% more than the amount I should be paying.
It was Tikona's duty to auto-upgrade the plan or inform me regarding new plan like how other competitors do. They blindly charged me double the amount of the plan.
Resolution : Either refund my 4730 or auto-upgrade my plan to 399 for 12 months and adjust the 4730 there.
Hoping an apology and resolution from Tikona Digital Networks and a change in how their staff works.
