Myself Mr.Rachit Dedhia, resident of Dombivli, Thane.
Couple of days back my grandmother aged 77 years, went to local shop named 'Nutan' located at Manpada Road, Opp.Goandevi mandir, Dombivli East for recharge of vodafone Rs.35.
The shopkeeper took the money and said recharge will be credited once the existing balance which was Rs.6.61 will get exhausted, as this is new scheme. Talking rudely and fooling senior citizens is violation of our rights.
Please grant us justice.
