Complaint Details
I have booked for a hotel in Portblair ( Andaman Capital ) via Make My trip app and i have paid advanced booking amount of 1,788. But when i reached the hotel for check in they have denied entry and told they will not accept booking made through Make my trip. After inquiring with them they have told there are issues ongoing with platforms such as ( Eg :- OYO and Make my trip ) in Andamans. I have contacted the customer care and they have told they will initiate the refund process and apologize for the inconvenience caused. But later on when i checked the app in mobile and after chating with support executive they are not responding to my incident and keeping quiet about it. I feel victimized against such behaviors and want to expose their behavior to the world
