Complaint Details
An Health Insurance Policy is purchased online with Websales team on 11th October 2019. The Premium of Rs.8472.00 was paid on 11th October 2019. A soft of Policy document was issued with wrong names of INSURED and PROPOSER on 18th October 2019, after several follow-ups. The grave errors with wrong names of INSURED and PROPOSER was noticed and brought to the notice of the concerned for issuance of policy with correct information and provided the govt. issued KYC documents suggesting the correct names. Till date the correct policy has not been issued despite constant follow and thus sought of refund of premium paid. The premium sum of Rs.8472.00 is not refunded till date despite several follow ups with the Company's Customer Grievance Readdressal team. the Grievance redressal team is not respoding and Head of Customer service, the last in redressal matrix has also not responded to mails. Any calls to toll free number ends with customer care executives assuring of action in 24-48 hours without sharing any service request number for follow up. The company does not provide the contact details of the Officers in Greviance Redressal Team and not responding to mails. The company is unapproachable.
Request now for assistance in getting the refund from the insurance company. Please help. I am attaching the series of mails sharing the KYC documents, follow-up mails, Mails to Customer Grievance Redressal team, Soft copy of the policy document issued with grave errors which cannot be used for claims.
